METRO MEDIA GUESTS DINE IN FOR AN ENTIRELY ITALIAN AFFAIR

On Tuesday, June 23, Papa Razzi Metro invited a small group of media to attend an exclusive evening celebrating the rebirth of a Boston classic. Guests enjoyed authentic Italian cocktails and selections from the Salumi Bar, then traveled to il Centro to sit down to a meal filled with menu highlights from Culinary Arts Director Kevin DiLibero. Guests were able to see firsthand how Chef blends his knowledge and appreciation for beautiful food done simply to create menus that showcase authentic Italian flavors and technique. The night was filled with good food, good drinks, and a lot of laughter – the true Italian way. Here is some of the great buzz that was generated from the evening:

Other attendees included Erik Christensen of Thrillist Boston, Matt Maslin of Boston BarHopper, Erica Thomas of Boston Rookie, and Laurie Wilson of the Boston Globe, CNN, Travel Channel, and Big Apple Dipped in Caramel.
